We may obtain information from the Insurance Regulatory Examiners’ Society about you or your employer’s sustaining membership in that organization.

What Information Do We Collect?
Information you provide to us when you register for a program, present at an event, or use any mobile applications, such as name, email address, address, zip code, telephone number, professional designations, affiliations, employer, title, photo, and payment information such as credit card information.

This information may include IP address, browser information, device and software information, demographic information and product or user preferences.

To register you for a conference and provide services you request, to communicate with you about our events and organization, to prepare conference materials, to verify eligibility for a special conference rate, to process payments, and assist you with conference-related matters.

For our own internal business purposes, such as to evaluate our website and conferences, to protect our property, and for security and accounting reasons.
To comply with the law or legal requirements, a subpoena or other governmental order, or to cooperate with law enforcement.
With Whom Do We Share Your Information?
With our service providers that work on our behalf, such as for website maintenance and development, payment processing, accountants or lawyers.
With your consent, we provide your name, title, employer, and email address to qualifying conference sponsors for their marketing purposes.
The IRES Foundation does not sell your information.
