
Vendor Showcase
Vendors play a critical and enjoyable
part of the National School on Market Regulation. We invite their continued and
increased participation. Students benefit by being exposed to critical
resources in the insurance publishing, consulting, computer and legal
fields while vendors obtain the best direct marketing they could ever
hope for. We often highlight vendors permanently on our web site.
Vendor table opportunities are Sunday evening prior to the welcome reception, all day Monday and from 8:00 am until Noon on Tuesday. Sunday evening and Monday afternoon we host a special food and
beverage reception so all attendees can focus on the vendor services. 
Vendor Details:
The Market Regulation School's
Vendor Showcase will be held Sunday evening from 5:00 - 6:30 pm, all day Monday and from 8:00 am until Noon on Tuesday. A special reception is scheduled for Sunday evening and Monday
afternoon to focus on vendor services.
There will be no security staff provided
overnight on and we do not recommend you leave any personal belongings
on your tabletop unattended at anytime during the event.
Set up may begin at 3 PM on Sunday. You will be provided with one draped
6' x 30" table and two chairs. Your exhibit space will be
approximately 10' x 10'. All exhibition materials must fit in that
area.
Electricity, audio/visual equipment
and telephone lines are limited and will be ordered on a first come
first serve basis. All requests for electricity, audio/visual, and
telephone lines should be made in advance with the Hotel directly.
Placement of each exhibitor is in sole discretion of IRES Foundation
and Hotel staff.
The additional charges for telephone
lines, and other audio visual needs will be the financial
responsibility of the exhibitor, not the IRES Foundation. The Hotel,
not IRES Foundation, is responsible to provide these services.
SHIPPING: Each exhibitor is
responsible for its own shipping of boxes and materials. IRES
Foundation does not provide a shipping or handling service, nor are we
responsible for packages you ship to the hotel. Please ship them under
your own name, to the attention of the person or representative who
will be on hand to pick them up at the hotel. Do not ship them
to the attention of the IRES Foundation or staff.
